Bundle Streaming Service

Data streaming over Delay-Tolerant Networks (DTN) is a challenging task considering jointly the specific characterisics of DTN environments, the demanding nature of streaming applications and their wide applicability. Bundle Streaming Service (BSS) is a framework, specifically designed for Delay Tolerant Networks, that supports the delivery of streaming media in DTN bundles. It exploits the characteristics of Delay Tolerant Networks to allow for reliable delay-tolerant streaming while improving the reception and storage of data streams.
